2. How LifeBand Keeps Medical Records Separate From Permission Logs
Emberflow keeps this public website completely separate from the LifeBand product environment. Within LifeBand, blockchain technology is used only to record verified patient permission and access logs on-chain. Actual medical records, lab results, and doctor notes are never placed on the blockchain; they stay privately stored off-chain at the patient's hospital or clinic.
